Whether your canvas arrived damaged, we made a genuine error, or you simply feel something is off β we want to make it right. No drama, no hidden fine print. Just honest help.
π Damaged during courier transit
If your canvas arrives damaged because the courier wasn't gentle, don't worry. Simply send us a clear photo of the damage (and the packaging if possible). We'll replace it at no cost to you. That's our promise.
βοΈ Wrong spelling / typo on artwork
Did you accidentally send the wrong text or a misspelled name? We get it β life is busy. We can re-do your canvas for you at 50% off the original price. Just let us know what needs to be corrected and we'll prioritise the reprint.
π¨οΈ Our mistake? We'll reprint for free
If we printed your canvas faulty β wrong colours, bad stretching, or any production error β we will investigate and re-do it entirely at our cost. No questions asked. Your satisfaction is our reputation.
β’ Bad quality photo provided β if the original image is blurry, pixelated, or very low resolution, we can't fix that with printing. But we'll always warn you beforehand!
β’ Wrong instructions sent before production β if you approved the wrong size, crop, or text, we can re-do it at a discounted rate (just ask).
β’ Change of mind after printing β we don't offer refunds if you simply changed your mind, but we'll happily discuss a discount on a new print.
