🖼️ Photo Quality Guide
Great canvases start with great images. We use professional-grade printers and archival inks to bring your memories to life, but even the best equipment needs a high-resolution file to shine. Blurry, pixelated, or compressed photos will look soft on a large canvas — and we want your print to be stunning, not disappointing.
Canvas prints are meant to last a lifetime. That's why we ask for the original, untouched file — the one straight from your camera or phone, before any social media compression. Don’t worry if you’re unsure: our team can check your image quality before printing and guide you to the best possible result.
âś… Do this for best results
- Send original files to our email — not via WhatsApp or messenger.
- Use the original photo from your camera or phone gallery.
- Transfer via Google Drive / Dropbox if the file is large.
- Ask us to check your photo before placing the order — free of charge.
- For gift prints: secretly collect the original file from the owner (it’s worth the effort!).
❌ Avoid these
- Sending photos via WhatsApp (they get heavily compressed).
- Downloading from Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok — resolution is too low.
- Screenshots or “saved” images from a story.
- Tiny file sizes (under 500KB usually means poor quality).
- Relying on “zoom in” from a low-res web image.
Original file = magic result. If the photo is a surprise gift, try to get the original from a family member or friend. It makes all the difference on a large canvas. WhatsApp images are great for chatting but not for printing — they lose up to 90% of the detail. Take a few extra minutes to locate the original and we’ll turn it into a masterpiece.
Can't find the original or only have a low-res image? Don't fret — reach out. We sometimes work miracles with AI upscaling or creative cropping. We'll always be honest about what to expect.
